Balwin flags 25% to 30% higher earnings for six months to end-August

JSE-listed residential property developer Balwin, in a trading statement, says it expects its earnings per share (EPS) and headline earnings per share (HEPS) for the six months to August 31 to be between 25% and 30% higher than the comparable interim period to end August 2024.

Consolidated EPS are expected to be between 20.43c and 21.24c, compared with EPS of 16.34c for the prior comparable period, and HEPS to be between 20.33c and 21.14c a share, up from HEPS of 16.26c to end August 2024.

Balwin will release its results for the six months ended August 31, on or about October 28.
